		<description>Congratulations on jumping into Podcasting! Welcome to the fray. It's exciting to hear your first efforts, and I've already loaded them into my iTunes software to bring down to my portable mp3 player.

I can tell you some of the tips and tricks I've picked up in my own journey, as I'm using fairly much the same setup: a Mac Mini, a USB mic, Audacity (which I don't think you mentioned), and GarageBand.
