		<description>Interesting.  That makes a good point.  Also as a technician who has delved into business many times, I've felt the influence of all of those hats.  However, in some situations, it is very difficult from one perspective to accurately wear all of the hats.

For example, I do computer troubleshooting as side work sometimes.  The topic of disscussion among my peers often comes to how much to charge for a certain job.  As a technician (and especially as one who has been doing it for 23 years now) some jobs are relatively quick and easy for me - therefore, being fair, I shouldn't charge a lot for the job.  But as a manager and entrepeneur I see that the going rate for similar repairs is higher than what I would feel comfortable charging.  In this situation, splitting the hats among different people would be very helpful.  Getting three different life perspectives would make a more successful venture here.
